PMI Netherlands Chapter is glad to host next Network and Drink Meeting on the subject: Waterfall versus Agile.
Waterfall project methodology is a model in which every stage of a product’s life cycle takes place in a sequence. The progress flows steadily downwards through these phases like a waterfall. Agile (software) development methodology is the model that proposes a sequential, linear and iterative approach.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of each method and what is your experience?
Will an agile self-steering team with a scrum master and a product owner will do the job?
What about the role of the Project Manager?
We welcome all Project Management Professionals to join this meeting. Look forward to meeting you and hearing your views on this subject!
