Rene Vielvoije

I have been working in project management and line management functions for more than 25 years with a variety of companies.

In 2000 I was responsible for setting up a Project Management Competence Centre at EDS. In this role I became involved with PMI.

I started as a Board Member of the PMI Benelux Chapter in 2000 and in 2001 I was the Founding President of the PMI Netherlands Chapter and I served as President until the end of 2004.

In 2003 I was member of the Conference Project Action Team for the Global Congress in The Hague and in 2005 I was a member of the Nominating Committee for the PMI Board Elections.

Since 2006 I am working as an independent Consultant. In my role as CEO of the PMI Netherlands Chapter I will focus on the growth of the Chapter and the recognition of PMI in the marketplace.
