I studied Biology on the Catholic University of Nijmegen. I graduated in 1985 and have a first degree in teaching. Around 1985 it was a bad time for finding a job. So I followed an intensive course to become a system analyst and I started to work at legacy Organon in Oss.
For more than 26 years I worked in several ICT functions within legacy Organon, Schering Plough and MSD (system analyst, information coordinator, sr. project manager).
Within legacy Organon I had the opportunity to work within several departments across the pharmaceutical product life cycle. I have been working in the ICT department, in the local Marketing and Sales organization and in the ICT department supporting International & Emerging Markets. Over the years I was involved/responsible in/for a lot of different (international) projects like CRM, ERP, Regulatory Affairs, R&D). I have done a lot on change management and communication.
From January 2012 I’m the director of Metisz, a ICT support and consultancy company.
Since 2010 I’m a member of PMI Netherlands Chapter and from 2012 I will be the Director Professional Development PMI Netherlands.
