2012-06-13 PMI Netherlands Summit

Today Project Managers need to be able to work with team members having different cultural back-grounds, working in different time zones and speaking different languages. How to work effectively across multiple cultures and time zones? Beside those challenges, there is a growing interest in developing other ways of achieving project results. Projects change from result driven to goal focused. What are the benefits and pitfalls of Agile Project Management?

Program Governance has also many inside aspects.
In this meeting Goran will take us in the internal world of the Program Governance, how do we manage the Portfolio of Projects in a Program?
