Interactiviteit en de discussie staan voorop tijdens deze meeting over Dynamic Business Case Management. Discussieer met en leer van uw collega professionals over hoe u een Business Case opstelt, beheert en toetst. De workshop wordt geleid door een drietal sprekers: Richard van Ruler,
George Barbulescu en Niels de Winter. Elke spreker benadert het thema vanuit een andere hoek en daagt u uit om mee te discussiëren aan de hand van enkele prikkelende stellingen.

Working in virtual teams is a fact of today’s way of work enforced by globalization, “het nieuwe werken (the new way of working)” and other social developments. Project Managers are used to and trained in developing winning teams by bringing teams together in the same geographical location. That is no longer doable nor preferred from a cost and efficiency perspective. Future leaders are able to create virtual winning teams. That is changing everything Project Managers learned and practiced and most likely requires other skills to be developed.
