How to claim your PDUs

Members can claim their PDU’s for extending any of the PMI the certifications via the Continuing Certification Requirements System (CCRS) that is in operation on the PMI.org website. 

The new CCR system allows members to do the following:

  1. View PDU activities, for listing PDUs that you already have claimed
  2. Report PDUs, for new activities

Follow this procedure to claim PDUs:

  1. Go to https://www.pmi.org
  2. Login with your Username and Password.
  3. On the screen under “My Certification Status” click on “View PDU’s”, which brings you to the CCRS system.
  4. Left on the screen click on “View my PDU Activity” to get a list of already claimed PDUs for attended events.
  5. Left on the screen click on “Report professional development units (PDUs)” to claim new PDUs for events.
  6. Perform the one of the following sets under Select PDU Category Step 1

  1. For claiming PMI Netherlands Chapter events, fill in “PDU category”: Cat A
  2. Fill in “Activity type”: Find an Activity (Course or Event)
  3. Click on green “Next” button
  4. Fill in “Provider number”: C266
  5. Click on green “Search” button
  6. On the screen you will see a list of all registered PMI NL Chapter events for which PDUs can be claimed
  7. Select the Activity # that you want to claim PDUs for.
  8. In the next few screens, fill in the details for the PDUs to be claimed, and
  9. Confirm by clicking on the green “Next” and “Submit” buttons.

  1. For claiming PMI Netherlands Chapter volunteering work, fill in “PDU category”: Cat E  
  2. In the next few screens, fill in the details for the PDUs to be claimed, and
  3. Confirm by clicking on the green “Next” and “Submit” buttons.

  1. For claiming for another PDU category, fill in “PDU category”: as appropriate
  2. In the next few screens, fill in the details for the PDUs to be claimed, and
  3. Confirm by clicking on the green “Next” and “Submit” buttons.

After submitting the PDU claim, notification emails are sent about the submission and approval (or not with a reason).
