New CCR System

Lately we are getting a lot of questions about the new Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) system that is in operation on the PMI.org website since August to claim PDUs for extending the certifications.

The new CCR System will ensure that PMI keeps pace with the needs of the growing number of credential holders and education providers.

The new CCR system allows members to do the following:

· View PDU activities, for listing PDUs that you already have claimed

· Report PDUs, for new activities

PDUs for Volunteers

PMI Netherlands Chapter volunteers will earn PDUs for their activities

As you can imagine with any volunteer organization, the PMI NL Chapter cannot achieve its objectives without the active participation of its members in executing certain projects and activities. They do the work voluntarily, but as token of appreciation they will earn PDUs for it.

The following table lists the number of PDU's a volunteer gets for the various volunteering activities. These PDUs will be listed in the annual PDU overview that all our member PMPs will receive at the beginning of a new year.
